Driving Regulations; surrendering your driving licence

For some, but not all blackouts, the DVLA requires people to report their condition and surrender their driving licence. Dr Rose can advise on this once the assessment is completed but a final decision may have to await the results of any relevant investigations and sometimes opinions from other specialists. Until a definitive decision is made on this issue it is expected that driving be voluntarily suspended.
