Medicolegal Services

I undertake medico-legal work acting as an expert witness in most aspects of general neurology. This has been mainly cases involving personal injury and fitness to work, but I have also served as expert witness for medical negligence, employment tribunals, Official Solicitor, Family Care Courts and others. I have been instructed by representatives for plaintiffs and defendants (3:1) as well as being jointly instructed.

I have had refresher training in medicolegal issues February 2014 and I am conversant and compliant with the requirements of Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules, the Practice Direction to Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules, this protocol and the Practice Direction on pre-action conduct.

I am registered with Premier Medical.
